February Weeknight Foundations

This three-day course will teach you all you need to know with regards to the fundamentals of CrossFit and moving safely and efficiently in our daily class workouts. More specifically, we will go over the introduction to gymnastics, traditional weightlifting and olympic lifting to show you how to maximize your results whether they are to gain muscle, lose fat or just get ready for everyday life!
